Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School (VBS) is five fun-filled, specially-themed days during summer vacation studying Bible lessons which bring out the truths in God’s word and His saving grace. In addition to Bible lessons, the week includes craft projects, upbeat songs and snacks. At the conclusion of program, the children will sing or perform a skit learned during VBS for the congregation on the Sunday following VBS.

Vacation Bible School is usually held in mid-August. Date and time will be announced several weeks in advance.

The program is free and open to young people from 5 years old through eighth grade.

Participants need not be members of Immanuel to attend and Immanuel’s Sunday School students are encouraged to invite friends. Pre-registration is not required but is helpful in planning.

Time of Grace Ministry

Time of Grace is an international Christian outreach media ministry that is dedicated to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with as many people as possible. The ministry uses television, print, and the Internet to share the gospel with people across the country and around the world. The half-hour television program Time of Grace is broadcast each week featuring Pastor Mike Novotny. He presents Bible studies in terms that people can relate to and apply to their lives.
